Our dedicated team of experienced and qualified engineers means that services are provided quickly and efficiently, with solutions delivered to the highest standard resulting in as little disruption to our client’s business as possible.

Coalesce prides itself in customer satisfaction which is shown in our long-standing customer relationships, investing in quality resources and the correct staff to ensure an outstanding service is provided. Clients are given access to the Coalesce Client Management System where they can remotely log requests for emergency engineers and upload instructions.

Reactive jobs, planned maintenance and any quotes for additional works are logged on to the bespoke client management system for the client to review.

As part of the induction process, we recommend site visits to ensure we have the best understanding of the client’s needs and requirements and to asses the environment we will be dealing with.
